Bluefin to Offer Flexible Benefits Solution for Smaller Employers

01 September 2010 (PLANSPONSOREurope.com) - Bluefin is to launch an off-the-shelf flexible benefits product aimed at small and medium businesses.

The company said the Blueprint product, which is designed for employers with 300 or fewer employees, will cost less than a bespoke flexible benefits scheme due to its pre-packaged nature. It works on a pre-built Web site and includes a predetermined list of up to ten benefits that an employer can select from specific providers sourced by Bluefin.   

The cost of the product also includes generic communications, such as posters, emails and text messaging, according to the announcement.  

Blueprint runs on Bluefin’s Orbit system, which enables the company to create a site in less than a day, reducing both the cost and time it takes to implement a flex system.
