Formerly a senior consulting actuary with Towers Watson and partner with Ernst & Young, Kershner brings over 25 years of experience working with retirement plan sponsors throughout the U.S. His experience includes all aspects of pension and retirement plan consulting, especially planning and analysis in funding and expense valuations, multi-scenario projections, plan design studies, mergers and acquisitions, plan governance and union negotiations. Kershner's professional credentials include Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), Enrolled Actuary (EA) and member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He holds a BA in mathematics from York University (Toronto).
