Information also will be presented on: fiduciary responsibility, the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), the Family and Medical Leave Act, HIPAA privacy and the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-employment Rights Act. Panelists will include representatives of EBSA, the Labor Department's Employment Standards Administration and Veterans' Employment and Training Service, the Florida Department of Insurance, the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
