It offers 3D’s low-cost exchange-traded funds (ETFs) from providers such as iShares, WisdomTree, Charles Schwab and Invesco Powershares. The product includes education services and support tools. Plan sponsors can transfer fiduciary liability for overseeing plan investments by "delegating" responsibility in writing to 3D Asset Management as the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) section 3(38) investment manager.
