GovDocs Updates Labor Law Materials

November 2, 2009 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - GovDocs Inc. has announced the availability of Federal Labor Law materials updated to incorporate the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA).

GINA prohibits employers and health insurers from discriminating based on a person's genetic makeup. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) last week made available its revised "Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law" poster (see EEOC Updates Notice to Employees ).

The new GINA-compliant materials are available at www.govdocs.com or by calling 1-888-273-3274. Quantity discounts are available.

GovDocs offers a suite of labor law compliance products, including electronic posters, materials for all 50 states and Washington, D.C., and an automatic update service that proactively sends new posters to employers whenever changes occur that impact their businesses.
