Fernandes is based in the firm’s Milwaukee office, and will lead a direct sales force and other client-facing colleagues in expanding Mercer’s business and strengthening client relationships. He reports to Dard Hunter, partner and Midwest Health and Benefits business leader.
Fernandes comes to Mercer from Direct Supply, where he led all sales and client relationship management strategies, delivering “best in class” procurement and supply chain software solutions to the long-term care industry. He previously held senior leadership roles in business development and client management at Runzheimer International and Automatic Data Processing.
Fernandes received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration from Marquette University.
