PASA Board Election Results Revealed

09 August 2012 (PLANSPONSOREurope.com) - Debra Soper of Pearson, Mark Adamson of JLT, Karen Bennett from A B Foods and Phillip Bretnall from HSBC have been elected to the Board of The Pensions Administration Standards Association (PASA).

Under the rotation process four directors had to stand down at the end of July, but were eligible for re-election by members.

Seven candidates were nominated by PASA members for the four available posts meaning, therefore, that an independent ballot was required to be run.

The new Board of PASA from August 2012 is:

Margaret Snowdon, OBE (Chair), Kim Gubler, Sara Cook, John Simmonds, Phil Bradish, John Broker, Peter Dyer, Fergus Clarke, Debra Soper, Mark Adamson, Karen Bennett and Phillip Bretnall.
