Albanese’s retirement is effective June 30, 2013, and Pentegra’s board of directors has elected John E. Pinto, current executive vice president, as successor as well as a member of the board. In addition to his current role as executive vice president, Pinto is also the company’s COO. Pinto joined Pentegra in 1991 and holds an MBA in finance from Sacred Heart University, as well as a B.S. in accounting and business administration from Kings College.
