UBS Global Asset Management Hires Malcolm Gordon

02 July 2012 (PLANSPONSOREurope.com) - UBS Global Asset Management has appointed Malcolm Gordon as Head of UK Institutional Client Relationship Management.

Gordon joins from Hermes Fund Managers and will be responsible for the day-to-day and strategic running of the UK Institutional Client team, overseeing all facets of the relationships with institutional clients in the UK. He will work closely with Ian Barnes, Head of UK and Ireland. 

He has more than 17 years of investment industry experience gained from his role at Hermes Fund Managers where he was Head of Client Relations, responsible for clients across multiple distribution channels.  He also previously spent eight years working at F&C Asset Management overseeing client service as well as promoting their Managed Pensions Fund platform. He holds the Investment Management Certificate.
