SEC Secures Fee Rebates for Faith-Based 403(b) Plan SponsorsThe Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has instituted a cease-and-desist order against Envoy Advisory Inc, accusing it of breaches of fiduciary duty, inadequate disclosures and compliance deficiencies.
