Wednesday, the Dow was up 61.75 points (0.19%) to close at 33,301.93, the Nasdaq fell 1.81 points (0.01%) to 12,488.93, and the S&P 500 increased 8.76 points (0.21%) to close at 4,183.96. The Russell 2000 was down 6.44 points (0.34%) to 1,884.04, and the Wilshire 5000 increased 40.02 points (0.10%) to 41,857.39.
The price of the 10-year Treasury note decreased 30/32 increasing its yield to 2.831%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond was down 1 28/32 bringing its yield up to 2.916%
