Tuesday, the Dow fell 320.01 points (0.84%) to close at 37,645.59, the Nasdaq fell 335.35 points (2.15%) to close at 15,267.91 and the S&P 500 fell 335.35 points (2.15%) to close at 15,267.91. The Russell 2000 fell 49.43 points (2.73%) to close at 1,760.71, and the FT Wilshire 5000 Index fell 846.88 points (1.68%) to close at 49,561.53.

The 10-year Treasury note decreased 32/32, bringing the yield to 4.295%. The 30-year Treasury bond decreased 2 24/32, bringing the yield to 4.765%.
