Tuesday, the Dow increased 37.63 points (0.11%) to close at 33,241.56, the Nasdaq lost 144.64 points (1.38%) to close at 10,353.23 and the S&P 500 decreased 15.57 points (0.41%) to close at 3,829.25. The Russell 2000 lost 11.42 points (0.65%) to close at 1,749.52 and the Wilshire 5000 lost 178.68 points (0.47%) to close at 37,931.74.

The price of the 10-year Treasury note decreased 30/32, bringing the yield up to 3.851%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond decreased 2 0/32, bringing the yield up to 3.935%
