Monday, the Dow fell 128.65 points (0.29%) to close at 44,782.00, the Nasdaq rose 185.78 points (0.97%) to close at 19,403.95 and the S&P 500 rose 14.77 points (0.24%) to close at 6,047.15. The Russell 2000 fell 0.59 points (0.02%) to close at 2,434.14, and the FT Wilshire 5000 Index rose 120.56 points (0.20%) to close at 61,001.30.

The 10-year Treasury note decreased 2/32, bringing the yield to 4.198%. The 30-year Treasury bond decreased 2/32, bringing the yield to 4.369%.
