Wednesday, the Dow decreased 65.38 points (0.19%) to 35,228.81, the Nasdaq fell 177.36 points (1.21%) to 14,442.28, and the S&P 500 closed 29.15 points (0.63%) lower at 4,602.45. The Russell 2000 dropped 42.03 points (1.97%) to 2,091.07, and the Wilshire 5000 lost 396.66 points (0.85%) to finish at 46,320.49.

The price of the 10-year Treasury note was up 5/32, decreasing its yield to 2.346%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond increased 29/32, bringing its yield down to 2.470%.
