Wednesday, the Dow gained 329.04 points (1.20%) to finish at 27,781.70, the NASDAQ was up 82.26 points (0.74%) at 11,167.51, and the S&P 500 closed 27.53 points (0.83%) higher at 3,363.00. The Russell 2000 climbed 32.78 points (2.22%) to 1,507.69, and the Wilshire 5000 increased 255.38 points (0.75%) to 34,480.32.

The price of the 10-year Treasury note decreased 3/32, bringing its yield up to 0.686%. The price of the 30-year Treasury bond fell 1 23/32, increasing its yield to 1.462%.
