Prudential Relocation Enhances Renter Product

Relocation has teamed up with apartment building owner Equity
Residential and Chamness Relocation Services to enhance its
rental relocation policies.

The enhancement calls on Equity to improve the support provided to renters who fall into new-hire, lump-sum or any other renter policy combinations that exist for clients. Additionally, Prudential Relocation will call on Chamness to accommodate any need for area orientations, according to a news release.
Depending on the corporate client’s policy, those who are eligible for an area tour/orientation will work with an on-the-ground specialist – a service Chamness has handled for Prudential since 1999 – who will conduct a more detailed needs and interest assessment on the destination community. The specialist will serve as a personal guide to the city for the customer, showing properties and other important cultural or lifestyle concerns.
