Standard Retirement Services Unveils Web-based Recordkeeping Tool

February 21, 2007 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Standard Retirement Services has launched a Web-based system to help plan sponsors more easily prepare plan data for annual reporting and compliance testing.

According to a company press release from the StanCorp Financial Group subsidiary, Compliance Data Review (CDR) allows employers to securely view plan summaries and make corrections to them online. When users add or update information, the service automatically flags potential errors, such as missing or invalid data.

“With this service, they no longer need to track information on multiple spreadsheets, faxes and printouts. CDR gives them one secure location to view and update information including plan and participant data related to compliance testing and government filings,” said John Nord, assistant vice president of Administration at the Portland, Oregon company, in the release.
