Aon Expands Crisis Management Offering

July 16, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Aon Consulting has licensed the rights to the Center for Aggression Management, hiring the center's founder and director - Dr. John Byrnes - as a full-time consultant.

Aon’s recent move expands the firm’s line of crisis management capabilities.   With the expansion, Aon will provide clients with diagnostic techniques to identify and measure the costs associated with aggression in the workplace and will work with clients to develop effective policies and procedures to identify and mitigate these risks, according to a news release.

According the research complied by the center, workplace aggression contributes to hidden hard costs for companies that in some cases total 4.8 days of lost productivity, per employee, per year, as a result of absenteeism created by aggressive coworker behavior.
