2023 Service Stars
Three individuals and six teams from various recordkeeping providers have been selected as 2023 PLANSPONSOR Service Stars.
The PLANSPONSOR Service Star Awards program recognizes the retirement plan account representatives and relationship managers who, in the words of their plan sponsor clients, have demonstrated exemplary service.
Plan sponsors responding to the 2022 PLANSPONSOR Defined Contribution (DC) Survey—results of which were published as the 2022 PLANSPONSOR Best in Class DC Providers Survey and 2022 PLANSPONSOR DC Plan Benchmarking Survey—singled out their recordkeeper representatives by name and gave specific examples of why they were nominating them. The three individuals and six teams noted below were then selected by the PLANSPONSOR Strategy and Operations group, which reviewed the 152 nominations and plan sponsor comments. Service Stars are chosen for excellence in a range of service areas.
