2024 Service Stars
Four individuals and four teams from various recordkeeping providers have been selected as 2024 PLANSPONSOR Service Stars.
The PLANSPONSOR Service Star Awards program recognizes the retirement plan account representatives and relationship managers who, in the words of their plan sponsor clients, have demonstrated exemplary service.
Plan sponsors responding to the 2023 PLANSPONSOR Defined Contribution (DC) Survey—results of which were published as the 2023 PLANSPONSOR Best in Class DC Providers Survey and 2023 PLANSPONSOR DC Plan Benchmarking Survey—singled out their recordkeeper representatives by name and gave specific examples of why they were nominating them. The four individuals and four teams noted below were then selected by the PLANSPONSOR Strategy and Operations group, which reviewed the 353 nominations and plan sponsor comments. Service Stars are chosen for excellence in a range of service areas.
