Bank One, Fidelity Blaze New Pathway
April 12, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Bank One has
formed an alliance with Fidelity, offering a co-branded
401(k) product to the marketplace.

The alliance creates a new 401(k) product called “Pathways to Retirement with Bank One and Fidelity Investments”, which will be sold exclusively through Bank One’s Institutional Investments sales force.
The new product will combine Fidelity’s recordkeeping, trustee services, and technology with Bank One’s:
- service and relationship,
- distribution capabilities and
- retirement education materials and services, including enrollment kits, newsletters and on-site seminars
“Pathways” will offer Bank One’s One Group Mutual Funds, as well as Fidelity’s Advisor Funds. Other brand name funds will also be included in the offering.
