The expanded offering now includes an enhanced team service model specifically geared to third party administrator (TPA) needs including the assignment of a dedicated Relationship Manager, and new download capabilities to improve efficiencies in year-end compliance, according to the announcement.
The enhancement also offers more comprehensive and easier to reference product guides and sales and marketing materials, simplified service agreements, and streamlined sales and new business processes, including proposal generation.
These new capabilities add to Link Insight’s current program offering, which includes:
- installation and conversion support;
- daily valuation and recordkeeping;
- Web-enabled access to information and services; and
