Enroll Plus Publishing Software Gets Facelift

February 18, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Plan providers utilizing Newkirk Products' Enroll Plus to create enrollment materials for defined contribution plans will soon notice a change.

The financial services publisher has announced a rollout of enhancements to the Web-based publishing system.   Enroll Plus will now allow users to edit sections of their enrollment booklet text online. The new editing function flags previously updated copy within the E-editing tool for identification at a later date.

Other enhancements include a new fund look-up feature that offers a selection of 12,000 funds for use in the system.   Providers can add and delete funds, add their own funds and select and prioritize the order of funds displayed by fund name, class, or level of risk.

Additionally, the recent updates provide for the availability of custom enrollment booklet covers and shells. At no extra cost, providers can utilize a custom-designed cover and shell, or they may select from two standard cover and shell treatments, the company said.
