Based in Atlanta, Hiles brings health care content expertise and a proven track record building and leading successful client delivery teams, the company said. He succeeds Scott Blackard, who has taken a leadership role in the company’s Southeast client development group.
According to a press release, Hiles comes to Towers Watson from Aon Consulting, where he served in a national role as the innovation and large market segment leader, senior vice president, health and benefits. Prior to Aon, he held leadership roles at Hewitt Associates for 16 years and, before that, played a national role in the health care practice of Towers Perrin.
Hiles holds a degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
