Raymond James Investment Management Debuts 3 ETFs
Raymond James Investment Management debuted its first suite of actively managed exchange-traded funds, marking the firm’s entry into the ETF market.
The launch includes the RJ Eagle Vertical Income ETF, a multi-asset approach to fixed income and dividend equities; the RJ Eagle GCM Dividend Select Income ETF, a large-cap equity fund centered on dividend-paying companies with strong fundamentals; and the RJ Eagle Municipal Income ETF, which targets tax-advantaged income through municipal bonds.
All three funds are managed by Eagle Asset Management, a Raymond James boutique with a focus on income strategies.
Lincoln Financial, Partners Group Launch Royalty Fund
Lincoln Financial Group and global private markets manager Partners Group Holding AG unveiled the Lincoln Partners Group Royalty Fund, a cross-sector royalties evergreen fund available to individual investors in the U.S.
The new fund expands Partners Group’s royalty investment strategy, which spans pharmaceuticals, music, media, entertainment and energy transition. The approach employs multiple structures, including acquiring existing royalties, creating new royalty streams and lending against royalty assets. Partners Group has been active, completing 15 royalty investments in the past year.
MFS Expands Active ETF Lineup
MFS Investment Management introduced the MFS Active Mid Cap ETF, its sixth actively managed exchange-traded fund, offering investors exposure to the U.S. mid-cap equity market. The new fund invests across growth and value companies, building on MFS’ previous mid-cap strategies.
The launch follows MFS’ initial suite of five active ETFs, which had approximately $750 million in assets as of August 31.
Hartford Funds Launches Dynamic Bond ETF
The Hartford Mutual Funds Inc. introduced the Hartford Dynamic Bond Exchange-Traded Fund, an actively managed multisector bond strategy sub-advised by Wellington Management.
The ETF is managed by Connor Fitzgerald and Schuyler Reece, senior portfolio managers at Wellington who also oversee the Hartford Dynamic Bond Fund. That latter fund, which recently reached its three-year track record, has been among Hartford’s fastest-growing fixed income offerings.
