Standard Life Appoints Listed Real Estate Analyst
August 9, 2012 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Standard Life Investments named Bill Pekowitz as a listed real estate analyst (Americas).

Pekowitz, who is based in Boston, works on a team focused on providing a variety of solutions for institutional investors. He is responsible for identifying new listed real estate investments in North American and South American markets.
Pekowitz previously served as a senior REIT analyst at Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors.
“Bill brings with him a strong performance track record, experience and knowledge which will prove invaluable to our clients – adding to our talented team, focused on helping clients achieve their investment goals,” said Bill Perry, CEO, Standard Life Investments USA.
Pekowitz earned his bachelor’s in business and economics at Wake Forest University’s Wayne Calloway School of Business.
