The services feature administration of disability claims and real-time reporting that notifies employers of employee absences, reveals absence patterns, and enables them to redirect resources as needed.
Employees are also given access to a Personal Health Advocate to assist them and their immediate families as they navigate the health care system – helping to improve their health and well-being.
