A news release said it is available to insurance brokers and consultants who service employers with greater than 2,500 benefits-eligible employees and wish to supplement their offering with Workscape’s benefits administration solution, OneForce/Benefits.
Workscape’s OneForce/Benefits program complements the broker’s services, which typically include benefit strategy, risk analysis, provider evaluation and vendor selection. The program does so by automating the full range of benefits services for broker customers including:
- enrollment and eligibility management
- service center
- employee communications
- vendor management
- COBRA, HIPAA, FSA administration.
Additionally, Workscape provides broker customers with a full range of service delivery options, including Web-based applications, interactive voice response, and an HR Service Center.
Interested resellers will be carefully qualified by Workscape to ensure that brokers meet the company’s stringent channel program requirements. Parties interested in learning more about the Workscape Broker Alliance Program should contact David Shultz at 508-861-3054.
