Dental Plan Reimbursements Offered

July 2, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - A Lancaster, Pennsylvania benefits distribution company is offering through brokers a dental care plan featuring financial reimbursement based on dollars spent.

MGAusa ( www.mgausa.com ) said the Capital Dental program also excludes fewer procedures and treatments and offers a larger-than usual orthodontia allowance. The only benefits excluded:

  • cosmetic dentistry,
  • implants,
  • adult orthodontia, and
  • infectious disease control

The company said the program is available for as few as two workers and can be sold as a voluntary benefit.  Employees are reimbursed via check by mail or through optional direct deposit into their checking or savings account, the firm said.
