Mellon Changes HR Unit's Name
March 4, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Mellon Financial
Corporation is changing the name of its human-resources
services provider from Mellon Employee Benefit Solutions to
Mellon HR Solutions.

Mellon HR Solutions manages defined benefit, defined contribution and flexible benefit programs as well as providing HR consulting and administration.
Mellon HR will continue to partner with Buck Consultants and Mellon Investor Services.
