According to the announcement, Holloway is the latest in a string of Labor & Employment partners to join Seyfarth recently. The firm announced in early April that labor lawyer Marshall Babson joined as partner. The former member of the National Labor Relations Board is resident in Seyfarth’s New York and Washington, D.C. offices.

In January, the firm brought on ERISA litigator D. Ward Kallstrom in San Francisco. He joined Seyfarth from Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP. Peter Talibart, the former Global Head of Norton Rose’s employment department, also joined the firm earlier this year, opening Seyfarth’s new London office.
