ADP Unveils New BPO Solution

June 29, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – ADP has unveiled a new solution it says “provides an even higher level of service and specialization to help mid-sized organizations (50-999 employees) with HR business process outsourcing (BPO) needs.”

ADP Workforce Now Comprehensive Services is built on the ADP Workforce Now platform which provides a solution for managing HR, benefits, payroll, time and attendance, and talent management. The services are an extension of a client’s HR and Benefits departments.

According to a news release, the client gains one-stop access to an assigned team of specialists who provide guidance, transaction processing, and best practice recommendations in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, training, risk and safety, and regulatory compliance. In addition to strategic guidance, ADP’s specialists can provide administrative support so clients can focus on higher value strategic issues.

“Historically, a mid-sized company had to cobble together a collection of software solutions and outsourcing relationships in an attempt to address their administrative and compliance needs. This patchwork quilt of vendors and systems often led a company to experience technical and service frustrations caused by a lack of integration and accountability across relationships,” said Regina Lee, President of ADP Major Account Services and Small Business Services, in the announcement. “With ADP Workforce Now Comprehensive Services, clients gain access to a single, flexible technology solution combined with hands-on service and expertise to address the complete recruitment-to-retirement continuum.”
