Mercer Hires US Outsourcing Leader

April 22, 2013 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Ken Haderer will join Mercer effective May 1 as Leader of the firm’s US Outsourcing business.

 

As a senior partner of the firm, he will report to Pat Milligan, Mercer’s North America Region Leader.  

Haderer joins Mercer from Aon Hewitt where he served as the executive vice president of Global Benefits Solutions and the Benefits Outsourcing Practices. In his most recent role, he was responsible for building strategic growth solutions to support the global benefits brokerage and employee services needs of multinational companies. Prior to that, Haderer led the transformation of the Aon US Outsourcing business.

Haderer brings more than 13 years of experience and knowledge of outsourcing to Mercer. In addition to his executive roles at Aon Hewitt, he has held several leadership positions at Mellon/PricewaterhouseCoopers, including senior vice president of HR Outsourcing Operations in which he was responsible for delivering HR administration services to Fortune 200 clients and their employees.  

Haderer holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and computer science from Drew University and an MBA in finance from Seton Hall University.
