Regulators Announce Phone Number, Address Changes
March 19, 2013 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – Two regulators announced contact information changes of interest to retirement plan sponsors.

The Internal Revenue Service announced a new phone number to check the status of Voluntary Correction Program (VCP) submissions, and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) announced new addresses for its missing participants program.
To inquire about its VCP status, plan sponsors should call (626) 927-2011 and leave a message with:
- the plan name;
- the plan sponsor’s name;
- the plan sponsor’s phone number; and
- the control number listed in the acknowledgment letter (if received).
The acknowledgment letter has been updated with the new phone number.
