 - - - In Raleigh, North Carolina , Joseph Carnevale, 21, has been arrested for some creative artwork on a roadway adjacent to North Carolina State University - - - he's been charged with misdemeanor larceny for allegedly building a roadside monster by destroying "…three road blocking barrels by cutting and screwing them together to form a statue."
