ABG Offers Financial Education to Retirement Plan Clients

October 18, 2006 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Alliance Benefit Group (ABG) has announced the launch of a financial education services program to companies providing retirement plans through its offices.

According to ABG, the education will be provided in live workshops and through an interactive online program,    Goodmoneyhabits.com . The program is designed to help employees of ABG clients plan and save for retirement by taking control of their personal finances and ensuring financial wellness and maximum benefits usage.

Susan Windham, chief executive officer of The EDSA Group, which developed the programs, noted in the ABG press release that offering both live workshops and online education addresses the fact that individuals learn in different styles. She also said studies have shown information contained in the program can increase employee participation in retirement plans.
