An ACS news release said its new Web-based offering can reduce employer outplacement costs and help employees leaving the company find their next job.
The transition services can be deployed to people in a number of locations as employees access the system through a company-branded Web site. Employees are assigned a transition specialist who provides one-on-one support and coaching, creates a resume, assists them in utilizing social networks in their job search, and delivers personalized job leads from across the Web, the announcement said.
