ACS’ Medicare Advocate Helps Employers Reduce Costs

My Medicare Advocate combines call center representatives, a Web portal with tools, and a range of written materials, including brochures and enrollment guides, to help retirees evaluate the most appropriate Medicare coverage for their individual situations. The service also provides employers with an option to offer their retirees licensed call center advocates who provide personalized service.   

A press release said the service reduces costs by enabling human resources departments to devote fewer employees to handling complex retiree medical coverage issues and eliminating the administration fees of self-insured Medicare Supplement plans.   

My Medicare Advocate includes a nationwide Medicare product network from health insurance carriers to ensure coverage for retirees in any location.
