Administaff Acquires Software from HumanConcepts

According to the announcement, OrgPlus facilitates rapid creation, management and communication of detailed organizational charts. In addition, OrgPlus provides a framework that promotes detailed workforce analysis by bringing together data from accounting, human resources (HR), sales, performance management and other business systems into a dynamic and intuitive visual display.   

“By creating this visual context, management, HR professionals and employees are able to better understand their organizational structure, increase their productivity and more easily plan for change,” the announcement said.   

HumanConcepts will retain its enterprise solution suite and continue to build on its momentum in that market.   

The acquisition includes the brand name and entire OrgPlus licensed software product line designed for the small and medium-sized business segment, including the Premium, Professional and Standard versions. With the large base of existing SMB customers, the OrgPlus product line is expected to provide a revenue stream to further advance the company’s adjacent business growth strategy.
