ADP says its messages portray the financial benefits to employees by equating the savings to personalized money-saving scenarios, such as receiving coupons for approved medical and dependent care expenses.
Additionally, the ADP FSA enrollment kit includes a Quick Step Guide for HR/benefits client contacts and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for employees.
ADP noted in the press release that despite employers’ and employees’ desire to save money, FSAs are often overlooked as a key method of savings.
