ADP Offers FSA Participant Communications Campaign

July 20, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - ADP has introduced its new FSA Growth Program to help clients drive enrollment in their Flexible Spending Account (FSA) programs.

The offering is an employee communications program aimed at helping employers educate their employees in discovering and understanding the benefits of FSA programs.

According to a press release, the program provides easy-to-understand content for employee campaigns, including customizable templates for printed materials such as table tents and posters, e-mail templates, and videos to promote awareness in targeted FSA enrollment meetings. ADP says its messages portray the financial benefits to employees by equating the savings to personalized money-saving scenarios, such as receiving coupons for approved medical and dependent care expenses.

Additionally, the ADP FSA enrollment kit includes a Quick Step Guide for HR/benefits client contacts and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for employees.

ADP noted in the press release that despite employers’ and employees’ desire to save money, FSAs are often overlooked as a key method of savings. Even with the proven benefits of FSA programs to reduce employees’ out-of-pocket costs for rising medical expenses such as prescriptions, deductibles and co-pays, average participation rates are at a low 15%.
