ADP, SAP Expand BPO Relationship

May 12, 2004 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Payroll and human resource outsourcing provider ADP is expanding its alliance with SAP AG to provide a more global benefits process outsourcing (BPO) solution.

Offered across the Asia-Pacific region since 2001, this outsourcing solution will be available worldwide to large-scale companies making regional or global decisions. ADP will offer payroll and human resource business process outsourcing services that are built on mySAP ERP Human Capital Management, and use SAP’s open integration and application platform, to enhance the BPO offering’s integration and interface capabilities with customer and other third party systems, according to a news release.

General availability of the expanded ADP services on the SAP platform will begin with introduction into the European market in fall 2004.
