ADP Unveils HSA Marketing System

June 16, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - ADP Investor Communication Services has introduced of its online system for the creation and fulfillment of On Demand Customized Health Savings Account (HSA) communication materials.

Customizable HSA brochures and employer and employee kits are produced through an interactive online system developed by ADP Argus Group, a Baltimore-based unit of ADP Investor Communication Services, a news release said.

The system enables HSA account providers to automate the creation and fulfillment of marketing communication materials incorporating carrier and company specific account features as well as carrier co-branding into Print on Demand (POD) brochures and other employee materials, the announcement said. Using ADP’s POD technology, HSA providers can maintain flexibility, speed and quality that will scale with the anticipated growth of HSA adoption rates.

“Using POD technology in our HSA product is especially valuable as it allows our clients to continuously update their materials without worrying about offset printed material becoming obsolete in storage,” said Elena Owen, Director of Consulting for ADP Argus Group, in the news release. “The flexibility of ADP Argus Group’s system enables firms to distribute quality HSA materials to brokers, plans sponsors and participants while maintaining the ability to manage the content of those materials on demand.”
