Advice, Participant Fee Disclosure Proposals Covered in EBSA Webcast

September 19, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The U.S. Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) will host a free webcast next week to help employers and plan administrators understand recent regulatory and interpretative guidance under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).

This two-hour webcast will highlight the proposed regulations on investment advice for 401(k)-type plans and individual retirement accounts and the proposed regulations on participant fee and expense disclosure for 401(k) – type plans.   Registration is required and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
