According to PlanAnalytics, advisors can provide plan sponsors with documentation that the 401(k) plan is operating in line with its policy objectives by customizing fund performance criteria and then comparing fund performance to its peers.

The company said the Investment Dashboard in SearchPerformance helps advisors aid plan sponsors in managing fiduciary risk as well as to provide the plan sponsor with an assessment of the plan’s portfolio measured against a customizable set of benchmarks.

Thomson Financial is the data source behind the Investment Dashboard, according to PlanAnalytics.
