Aetna Extends EAP to Small Group Employers
March 21, 2007 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Aetna has
announced that it will now include employee assistance
services with its fully-insured health plans for small group
employers.

The Aetna Small Group Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers employees and their families a confidential resource for help with issues such as stress management, depression, addictions, relationship concerns and family life. Individuals can access the services by making a toll-free phone call or visiting Aetna’s EAP Web site.
In addition, employers will have access to telephone management consultation services and a variety of online resources to use when addressing employees’ work/life issues. Employers will also be provided with educational materials for employees.
