The new Web platform integrates with back-end recordkeeping systems and data sources via XML-based data integration services. Alerus Retirement Solutions uses SunGard’s OmniPlus recordkeeping system.
The RPP integrated Content Management System allows Alerus to maintain fresh content and manage message alerts at the plan, system, or participant level, according to the announcement. PlanServe provides prepackaged XML-based data integration services for back-end recordkeeping systems and other supporting systems, i.e., investment advice providers, market news services, etc.
To complete the solution, RPP’s integrated Relevant FileXchange portal provides centralized control over secure B2B data uploading and downloading for the first closed-loop confirmations.
