Ameritas Retirement Plans Introduces 401k MEP
September 21, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Ameritas Retirement Plans, in collaboration
with Pentegra Services and Mesirow Financial, is bringing to market a new
multiple employer plan (MEP).

Called the Employers
401k ELITE Retirement Plan, employers who want to join the MEP are not required
to be related.
As part of the agreement, Ameritas Retirement Plans is responsible for all recordkeeping services and the basic investment platform. Pentegra will serve as the MEP sponsor and the Board serves at the plan administrator. Mesirow Financial’s Investment Strategies department will select the investment options and will perform the duties of the 3(38) Investment Manager.
The Employers 401k ELITE Retirement Plan is being distributed by Ameritas Life and in New York by First Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. of New York.
