In this role with Aon Consulting’s Human Capital Practice, Kantor will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Total Rewards service line as well as global benefits and strategic human capital consulting opportunities. He joined Aon April 12 and is based in Stamford, Connecticut.
According to the announcement, Kantor brings to Aon more than 20 years of experience consulting with clients in more than 65 countries on matters relating to organizational performance, human resources strategy, cross cultural management, and total rewards. In his most recent position at Hewitt Associates, he served as regional Human Capital Consulting Practice leader for Asia Pacific/Middle East and Global Practice co-leader for the Compensation Consulting Practice.
Kantor earned a Bachelor of Science of international finance and economics from Northeastern University, in Boston.
