The 401k Knowledge Map is a communication and learning tool designed to assist employers in speaking with their employees about the value and benefits of investing in a 401k plan.   The tool utilizes visual leaning tools in conjunction with an open dialogue, allowing employees to see the potential value of investing in a 401(k).

The method allows small groups of employees to be guided through a learning process that allows individuals to raise any concerns they might have about investing. Using market-based facts and group dialogue to address those concerns, employees can then learn the option available to them in saving for future retirement expenses.
